[DEV] Weeknight Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients

• 400 g Spaghetti
• 60 g Unsalted butter
• 4 item Garlic (cloves, minced)
• 15 g Fresh parsley (chopped)
• pinch Kosher salt (to taste for pasta water and finishing)

Steps

1. 1.

   Boil the pasta

   Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until just shy of al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

   Make the garlic butter

   Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute — do not brown.

   Toss and finish

   Add the drained pasta and a splash of pasta water. Toss until glossy, fold in chopped parsley, taste for salt, and serve immediately.
