Ingredients

400 g Spaghetti
60 g Unsalted butter
4 item Garlic (cloves, minced)
15 g Fresh parsley (chopped)
pinch Kosher salt (to taste for pasta water and finishing)

Steps

Boil the pasta

Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until just shy of al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
Make the garlic butter

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute — do not brown.
Toss and finish

Add the drained pasta and a splash of pasta water. Toss until glossy, fold in chopped parsley, taste for salt, and serve immediately.
