Soft Sticky Toffee Pudding
By Jordan Lee ·
I used to think sticky toffee pudding was restaurant-only. Then I made soft sticky toffee pudding at home and realized the dates do most of the work. You soak them in hot tea or water with baking soda so they go soft and almost dissolve into the batter. Bake until springy. Pour hot toffee sauce over while the cake is still warm so it soaks in. Ice cream on the side if you are not shy.
