Easy pulled pork, the oven version, for people without a smoker in the backyard. Rub a pork shoulder with brown sugar, smoked paprika and salt, sit it on sliced onions with some cider vinegar, cover it tight and forget about it for six hours. The kitchen will smell amazing by lunch. When it's done a fork goes in with no push at all and the bone slides straight out. Don't buy loin for this. It has to be shoulder, the fatty cut, or it dries out. Pile it on soft buns with coleslaw and pickles.
