Crispy Oven Potato Wedges

   Heat The Oven** Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment for easier cleanup.

   Cut The Wedges

   Scrub the potatoes and cut each into 8 even wedges. Keep the skins on for texture and less waste.

   Season Well

   Toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and cornstarch until every piece looks lightly coated.

   Spread On The Tray

   Arrange the wedges in a single layer with space between them. Use two trays if needed so nothing overlaps.

   Bake Until Crisp

   Bake 20 minutes, then flip each wedge. Bake another 12 to 15 minutes until deep golden and crisp at the edges.

   Taste one and sprinkle a little more salt if you want. Serve hot straight from the oven.
